We don't automate for the sake of automation. We find the problem, improve the process, build the solution and keep it running.
Most operational pain is manual work nobody has time to fix.
Repetitive work
Skilled people spend hours moving data between files and systems.
Errors and inconsistency
Copy-paste and manual checks create mistakes and different answers to the same question.
Bottlenecks
Work waits on one person, one file or one approval email.
No clear visibility
Management gets reports that are late, manual and hard to trust.
Put a number on it
How much time does one manual task take?
Move the sliders to describe a single repetitive task. It only multiplies your own numbers, so it is not a savings estimate.

33 hours a month, 49 working days a year
Based only on the numbers you enter (8-hour days, about 160 working hours a month). Nothing is stored or sent.
Discuss this processWe don't automate for the sake of automation.
We find where manual work can be removed, then build the system that removes it.
FlowForge combines business understanding, process improvement, automation, software and AI. Whatever the process, we look for the manual work, duplication, errors and bottlenecks that better systems can eliminate.

- 2Improve the process

Services
Four pillars. One goal: less manual work.
Automate
Business process automation
People spend hours copying data between files and systems, chasing approvals and rebuilding the same report every week.
- Workflow and approval automation
- Data movement between tools and systems
- Google Workspace and n8n workflows
- Automated reports and notifications
Build
Custom internal business tools
The process has outgrown spreadsheets and email, and off-the-shelf software doesn't match how your team actually works.
- Internal web applications
- CRM and request-management systems
- Approval and operations tools
- Custom calculators and lightweight platforms
Intelligence
AI and data
Information is scattered, management lacks reliable visibility, and it's unclear where AI would genuinely help.
- AI agents connected to your workflows
- Dashboards and KPI reporting
- Data cleaning and consolidation
- Document-processing assistants
Transform
Business transformation and process improvement
The process is slow or inconsistent, but nobody has mapped it end to end, so it's hard to know what to fix first.
- Process assessment and mapping
- Process redesign and SOPs
- Automation opportunity identification
- Implementation and ongoing improvement
Automation Sprint
We automate one major manual business process in 2–4 weeks.
A fixed-scope project for one process that costs your team real time. You get a working solution, not a slide deck.
What you receive
- An automation or workflow
- An internal tool or application
- An AI agent
- A dashboard
- Documentation and a handover session
The exact deliverable depends on the problem we agree on in discovery. Optional monthly maintenance keeps it running after go-live.

- Redesign. Remove unnecessary steps and define the target workflow.
- Automation · AI · Software. Build the right solution: an automation, a tool or an agent.
- Working system. One reliable flow, with exceptions routed to a person.
- Ongoing improvement. Monitored, maintained and improved as the business changes.

Frequently asked questions
What kind of processes can FlowForge automate?
Any process with repetitive, rules-based steps: data entry and movement, spreadsheet workflows, approvals, reporting, reconciliation, notifications and document handling. If a person does the same sequence of steps repeatedly, it is a candidate. In the discovery call we tell you honestly if it isn't.
Do you only work with HR and payroll?
No. One founder's background is payroll and HR operations, and it's a strength, but the method applies to any operational process: finance, operations, sales, supply, customer service. Our direct experience is in e-commerce, telecommunications and logistics, and we work with other industries too.
Can you build custom internal systems?
Yes: CRMs, request and approval systems, employee tools, calculators, dashboards and internal portals. We build the smallest version that solves the problem, and extend it when there's a reason to.
Can you integrate AI into an existing process?
Yes, where it fits. AI works well for unstructured input such as messages, emails and documents. For fixed-rule steps and exact calculations, we use conventional automation. We design agents with defined actions and human review for anything sensitive.
Do you work with companies outside Egypt?
Yes. Our initial focus is the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar, and we work remotely with clients across the region and internationally. Discovery calls and delivery are done online.
How long does an automation project take?
An Automation Sprint, which covers one major process, typically takes two to four weeks from discovery to deployment, depending on complexity and how quickly we can get access and feedback.
How does the Automation Sprint work?
We discover the problem, map the current process, redesign it, build the solution, test it on real scenarios, and deploy it. You get a working solution: an automation, internal tool, AI agent, workflow or dashboard, plus documentation.
Do you provide maintenance?
Yes, as an optional monthly arrangement: monitoring, fixes and small improvements, so the solution keeps working as your tools, rules and processes change.
Can you work with our existing software?
Usually yes. We prefer connecting the tools you already use over replacing them. Whether it's possible depends on what access or integration options each system offers, which we check during discovery.
What happens during the discovery call?
You describe the process and what's going wrong. We ask about volumes, tools, people and exceptions, then tell you honestly whether and how we can help. There's no obligation and no sales pressure.
Do you replace our existing systems?
Not unless there's a good reason. Most of the time the better answer is to automate around the systems you have, or to add a lightweight tool where they fall short.
Can you work with confidential business data?
Yes. We keep access to the minimum needed, can work under a confidentiality agreement, and design solutions so sensitive data stays in systems you control. We don't claim any formal certification or compliance standard; if you have specific requirements, we'll discuss them openly during discovery.
How much does it cost?
Automation Sprints are fixed-scope projects, and the price is agreed after discovery, before any work starts. As an indicative range, early projects typically fall between $300 and $1,000 depending on scope, and optional maintenance starts at around $100 per month. This range may change as we grow.
Have a process that costs your team too much time?
Tell us about it. We'll tell you honestly whether automation, a tool, AI, or just a simpler process is the right answer.
